I Am the Light of the World
(John 9:5)
The disciples want to know why a blind man was born blind. Jesus responds by telling the reason was so the works of God may be displayed. The whole section is a revelation of how Jesus is the Light of World.
I Am the Bread of Life
(John 6:35)
After the miracle of feeding the five thousand Jesus is pursued by a crowd of people who want him to perform the miracle again. But Jesus explains the miracle was done to reveal how he is the bread of life.
